  • Client data

If you would not forward it, do not upload it.

    California means clear consent.

AI is a support tool. Licensed judgment stays human. Practical guidance, not legal advice. Follow your broker policy and call C.A.R. Legal when needed.

Copy These Three Demo Prompts

The exact prompts from the live demos. Use fictional client details when you practice.

Demo prompt 1: Connected email

Try it in ChatGPT with Gmail connected

Find the latest conversation with fictional client Jordan Vale about the Harbor View condo sale. Show me the source emails. Summarize the showing instructions and any unanswered questions. Draft a short reply in my voice. Do not send anything.

Demo prompt 2: Sales objection practice

Try it in ChatGPT Voice

You are a homeowner interviewing me to sell your home. Another agent offered a lower fee. Ask me why I am worth hiring. Ask one challenging follow-up. Then tell me one specific thing to improve. Talk like a homeowner, not a sales trainer.

Demo prompt 3: Source-based learning

Try it in Gemini Notebook

Using only the seller guide I uploaded, tell me the three things the seller should complete before the first showing. Cite the supporting source for every answer. Do not invent information.

Start here:

  1. Search your name, brokerage, market, and specialties.
  2. Correct inconsistent public facts.
  3. Publish useful, crawlable proof of experience.
  4. Make your contact information easy to verify.
  5. Use clear service-area and specialty language.

Questions agents ask

Do I need to pay for all 20 AI tools?

No. Most of the 20 tools have a free plan or are built into apps you already use. Blotato is a trial, and a few AI features, such as Callie in Calendly and Gemini in Google Forms, need an eligible plan. Pricing and limits change, so check each official link.

Where do I get the slides from the class?

The class deck is in the Download the Class Toolkit section of this page as a PowerPoint and a PDF. You can also ask for the toolkit by email with the form.

Which AI tool should I try first?

Pick the one that fixes something you already complain about. Tony's quick-start list: connected Gmail in ChatGPT for email, PDFgear for PDFs, ChatGPT Voice for sales practice, Gemini Notebook for learning, and Atlas for proof of experience.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is practical guidance from a working broker. Follow your broker's policy, protect client information, and call C.A.R. Legal when you need a legal answer.
